Birthed from Horror and Raised by Horror, Cryptik X started his trip through horrorcore in 2006.

After a few horrible singles that went nowhere, Cryptik all about was done with horrorcore and music in general when old homie Kaleb Gauge approached him with an opportunity, to hop on one last song with him entitled "Let the Blood Spill".

After that track, Cryptik was revived and did a few more self-released demos before being approached by Unstable Entertainment for his first debut and an experimental horror EP entitled "Tales from the Afterlife"

After Tales was released, he was given his pink slip from Unstable before being picked up by Butchered Beat Productionz for another album. His album was practically done before being given his pink slip from Butchered Beat Productionz.

Then came the start, opening Grindhouse Musick Inc. On there he had released his LP "Self-Titled, Self-Inflicted", then re-released all of his demo and lost material in a mixtape called "6ix Years: 2006-2012" before re-releasing the long lost "Tales from the Afterlife" and "Self-Titled, Self-Inflicted" as "Self-Titled, Self-Inflicted: Re-Opened" with all new tracks.

Now at the end of 2013, Cryptik X is about to come back with his new EP entitled "Re-Awakening" and then 2 all new albums next year on 2 new labels. Cryptik X gives definition to the saying "When one door closes, another door opens"
